AutoDash is your online portal where you can lodge reimbursements and
view your account. You should have already received an email on how to log into
your online portal, if not, please give us a call on 1300 551 987.

Reimbursements
Following instructions on your AutoDash portal, you can claim reimbursements for out-of-pocket expenses such as registration & CTP, comprehensive insurance, and any fuel you’ve paid for before your fuel card(s) arrive.

Get the Inside Edge
When you fill up be sure to use your fuel card, that way you don’t
pay GST on the cost of the fuel, and you’ll secure the discounts too!
You’ll be asked for an odometer reading with each purchase. To comply with Australian Tax Office requirements, your card(s) will only pay for the type of fuel your car uses.
Keep them safe, and treat them as if you would any other credit card. If lost or stolen, please call us immediately on 1300 551 987.

Maintenance Authorisation
Before proceeding with any servicing & maintenance, tyres or windscreen work on your car, make sure the service provider calls the Smartfleet program first on 1300 780 097 for authorisation.
This ensures

Servicing & maintenance
Servicing
Please service your car according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and at an authorised service outlet only. Interim services are not included in your lease budget.
Windscreens
If your windscreen is damaged, it needs to be inspected and then repaired or replaced. Windscreens are often covered by comprehensive insurance, so check your policy before contacting a windscreen repairer or your car’s service provider.
Tyres
To maintain safety on the road, your tyres should be replaced in line with your car manufacturer’s recommendations. We also recommend checking your tyre pressure and for signs of wear each month.

Renewing your comprehensive insurance every year is essential, and can be done in the following ways.
If your insurance is arranged by us:
• You don’t need to do anything, we’ll take care of it for you
If you organise your own insurance:
• Pay the premium when your insurance company sends it to you
• Process a reimbursement through your AutoDash portal

Renew registration and CTP
As the car is registered in your name, registration & CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance renewals will be sent to your home, or registered address.
When you receive them:
• Pay the renewals
• Process a reimbursement through your AutoDash portal
If you do not receive notice of your registration and CTP, contact your relevant state government website, and insurance company immediately. If you have any questions, please call us on 1300 551 987.

At the end of your lease
We’ll be in touch to discuss your options closer to the time, however your choices are listed below.
Keep your car
If you’re loving your car, we can set up another novated lease for the same vehicle for a suitable period of time.Get a new car
Or you can trade it in for a new one. If the price you get for your existing car is more than the remaining finance (the residual) you’ll get to keep the difference – tax free. Then we’ll help you set up a new novated lease, on your brand new car.Buy your car outright
