Over the years we have established that most people had heard of a novated lease, few had ever participated in such a program. Broadly, this was due to poor communication and support around the benefits of a novated lease. It was also as a result of cumbersome administration requirements from traditional providers, who adopted these from fleet management systems.
InsideEDGE provides a unique offering with a simple admin process that companies find easy to implement. We work with employers to tailor a communication plan based on industry, location, and employees’ needs. Once established, we offer ongoing support, education sessions, on-site visits, and support for the HR team. We are with you every step of the way and pride ourselves on our customer service.

Andrew Kerr - Director, Sales & Marketing
For over 30 years, Andrew Kerr’s business career has been focused on the automotive, finance, and novated lease industries.
One of the pioneers of novated leasing through the 1990s, Andrew established and grew the novated leasing company, NLC, which he sold in 2005.
With his knowledge of Novated Lease, Andrew moved into the automotive corporate world as Corporate Sales Manager for Audi Australia and BMW Australia.
The driving force through Andrew’s career has been a passion for cars and all things automotive, this has led him to develop customer-focused programs that deliver financial and lifestyle outcomes for companies and drivers alike.
The partnership with Mark Telfer in building INSIDE EDGE Novated Leasing is the coming together of complimenting talents, striving to be the best-novated lease company in Australia.
Mark Telfer – Director, Finance & Operations
Mark Telfer has been working in the motor vehicle industry for over 20 years. In 1999 he started his first business, AVC Fleet; a vehicle consulting, fleet management and leasing company that was set up to address the demands of the market that were not being met at the time.
AVC Fleet went on to become the leader in service provision within the novated leasing industry, which lead to the establishment of packEDGE Salary Packaging (now known as InsideEDGE) in 2009, and the eventual sales of the AVC Fleet business in 2012.
Mark’s success in business is not only due to his extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, but his strong client relationships, personal involvement at all levels of the business, and a genuine understanding of the client’s needs and goals.
He prides himself on the ability to empower clients with the impartial expertise to allow them to choose the best vehicle option, in the most cost-effective manner.
Michael Waterston – General Manager, Leasing Administration
Michael manages InsideEDGE’s Lease Administration team and the day to day operations within all novated leases.
Michael has over 20 years of experience within the Automotive Industry and over 10 years specifically within novated leasing and fleet management. Michael holds a Diploma in Business Management and is a qualified Automotive Mechanic.
